Public Hearing Resolution 21-16 Consideration of PL-16-17: Lot 5C Wesco Addition access and utility easement vacation; a request to vacate portions of a 60 foot access and utility easement running east/west along the southern property line of lot 5C of Wesco Addition, located at 2765 Heartland Dr. (Said consideration involves leaving in place the north/south utility easements along the eastern and western property lines, a 45 foot wide east/west utility easement along the southern property line, and a 30 foot east/west access easement along the southern property line).
